Commissioned art pieces are some of my favorite paintings to create. I enjoy the collaborative process and I am honored each time I am asked to create a one of a kind piece of commissioned art.
I create commissioned art with high quality mixed media (watercolor paints, Acryla gouache, graphite, and/or water soluble wax) that are painted onto Arches 100% cotton watercolor paper.

Commissioned Art Process
I want my clients to be as happy as possible with the unique commissioned art pieces I create with them. My process generally takes an average of 6 weeks.
We begin with a discussion of where the piece will be located in your home, the size and scale that will work best in the space, and the mood you want to convey with the artwork.
Based on that information, I will create a color palette and some initial sketches to communicate my interpretation of your request. We will continue this process until we agree on a design that will light up your walls and then I will create the final commissioned art piece.
